Returns
REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you love your order from Mulveys. If for any reason you would like to
return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn
condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Please note we do not issue refunds on gift card orders. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are mis described or faulty:
- Cosmetics/fragrance
- Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis described goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.
You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact info@mulveys.com
RETURNS INSTORE
Call instore and return your item. Please have your order form completed with return reason and a colleague instore will take the form and returned item/s from you to bring to the online team for processing. Your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5 working days.
SETTLING DISPUTES
We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service given by our customer service team. However if for any reason you are unhappy, please email us at info@mulveys.ie and we will aim to resolve the matter immediately.
